J'ai envoyé des cartes postales à des amis avec un commentaire ou une question susceptible de susciter une réponse. J'ai cherché à choisir une image qui évoquerait la personne ou mes sentiments à son égard. Écrire quelque chose de significatif dans l'espace physique limité de la carte était un défi, mais cela m'a aidé à concentrer mes pensées. L'anticipation de recevoir une réponse par la poste et d'échanger avec mes amis de cette manière était un vrai plaisir.
I sent postcards to friends with a comment or question that could elicit a response. I aimed to choose an image that would speak of the person, or my feelings about them. Writing something meaningful within the limited physical space of the card was challenging, and it helped focus my thoughts. The anticipation of getting a response by post, and engaging with my friends in this way, was a delight.
